Sasha Banks Wants Out Of The WWE, Sasha Banks Also Un-follows WWE & Vince McMahon On Twitter...
Posted By: WrestlingWithWrestling.com Apr 12, 2019
Sasha Banks reportedly attempted to quit WWE over WrestleMania 35 Weekend,
She apparently wasn't happy when she found out that she and Bayley were dropping the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 35 to The IIconics at the last minute.
Banks felt the company would give them a stronger run with the titles to help establish them instead of turning them into gimmick belts with The IIconics.
A top source has said WWE is reportedly giving Banks a few weeks to think over her decision to leave the company as it might have been rash despite her being unhappy.
Sasha Banks Unfollows WWE and Vince McMahon On Twitter, Follows AEW...
Posted by Andre Corbeil Apr 12, 2019.
In an interesting twist regarding #SashaBanks wanting to quit the #WWE over WrestleMania weekend,
It now appears she has gone to unfollowing WWE and #VinceMcMahon on her #Twitter and then choosing to follow AEW, Kenny Omega and #CodyRhodes. It should be noted that #KennyOmega and #AEW follows are in a row.
This now of course leading to speculation that Sasha Banks could be #AllEliteWrestling bound which is troublesome for WWE as they would not want the perception that talent is unhappy and willing to ship off to AEW to seek better options.
Sasha Banks is currently still with WWE and no further update on her employment status is known.
If one's profile status on WWE.Com is anything to go by, as of this reporting her profile is still active with the company.
We'll keep you updated when we hear more on this news story.

"ROAD DOG LEAVES WWE: Road Dogg Resigns From WWE SmackDown"...
Published Apr 11 2019 By Andre Corbeil Of Wrestlingwithwrestling.com
Former WWE Superstar Brian “Road Dogg” James went into the #WWE #HallofFame over the weekend as a member of #DeGenerationX, but it looks like the celebration is over. James had been working as the co-head writer for #SmackDownLive, however that appears to no longer be the case.
Brian James resigned from his position as head writer for #SmackDown Live last night.
#RoadDogg has since commented on his decision, as he posted a tweet earlier this morning to his official Twitter account in reference to his decision to step down as lead writer for #SDLive. James wrote:
“Today I pray that I can relax and breath thru every step I take and every task I take on. Too often I’m a bundle of nerves and anxiety, like a duck on a pond; underneath the water it’s feet are going 90 mph! #HOPE #FAITH #OUDK”

Missy Hyatt On WrestleMania Main Event: "Women Can Draw"
The Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling welcomed "The First Lady of Wrestling", Missy Hyatt for an EXTREMELY RARE podcast interview.
WWE deciding to use the Women’s Championship match as the main event of #WrestleMania35
"Let me just tell you this. I don't watch WWE that much because it is three hours (too much for me on a Monday), than you've got two hours Tuesday, plus NXT for an hour and six hours is just too much for me. I watch New Japan and Mexican stuff and other things like that but getting back to your question. If the women get to be the main event I think that is great. I got to be the main event in Texas Stadium with Sunshine in our Mud-Pit match, of course it had to be main event because nobody wanted to wrestle in the ring after we got mud all over the ring. So girls can be the main event. There is no reason why females can't be the main event and the talent they have, oh my gosh it is amazing."
The men being the least interesting part of the shows:
"Girls can draw. That is what I've got to say, girls do draw money. They put the butts in the seats but I mean as per #WWE, I like my booking long term and I don't like the booking that has been re-written at the last minute and constant changes in the direction but I like it that they highlight the women. I think that is the coolest thing."
Would fans feel burnt out if we had the hours upon hours over consumable wrestling content in any other era of wrestling:
"Yeah probably. I know I would be I would be burnt out if I had to do that much TV in one week. When I was in Dallas for World Class we worked every Friday night in Dallas, every Monday night in Ft. Worth and then spot shows everywhere but we to do TV twice a week, which was great and it was fun and I loved doing that and we had promos one day a week but I loved doing that. But doing six hours? Oh my gosh, no wonder they have to have twenty-seven writers. Another pet peeve I have about it is I don't like their scripted promos because when they come out they just don't sound natural and it makes it hard to connect and I don't want to knock the talent straight but with the scripted interviews, I like watching wrestling where there are no scripted interviews."

Dean Ambrose says goodbye to the WWE Universe after Raw goes off the air...
WWE ✔@WWE After #RAW went off the air, #TheShield united for one final time. #ThankYouAmbrose #RAWAfterMania @TheDeanAmbrose @WWERollins @WWERomanReigns
“I love this building. I know most of you aren’t even from New York City, I know you came here form all over the world.
I love this building, I love Barclays Center. We opened up the Barclays Center - the first ever WWE show, the first PPV, TLC whatever year that was. I’m getting very old,
I can’t remember. Our first WWE PPV we got thrown to the wolves. Arn Anderson called us ‘two indie schmucks and a football player’.
But like Seth said, we walked down that aisle, we tore it up and we took our spots. I have a lot of great memories in this building, that match, probably my favorite match I ever had - winning the tag team championship with Seth Rollins at SummerSlam right here in this ring, in this building.
But here’s the thing you’ve got to remember. A building is just a building. It’s just brick and mortar. It’s just wood and nails. What makes the building is the fans. And there are no fans in the world like you, the fans who come from all over the world to be here all WrestleMania week, to come to Axxess, to come to all the different shows and stay for three freakin’ hours of Monday Night Raw, and sit here and be here tonight to listen to us guys talk,
so - without you, there isn’t any us.
Screw this building, the important thing is the people who fill it, and that’s you. So we want to thank you once again.”
Ambrose gives a very real goodbye to Brooklyn. Noting Arn Anderson once called them 2 Indy schmucks and a foot all player. #RAW
Rollins: I just want to tell you I love you, I wanted to tell you thank you, and if you want to say anything to these fine people of Brooklyn, the stage is yours, man.
Ambrose: One of the sweetest sights that I have ever seen as a guy who has busted his ass in this company, for this locker room, who has dragged his broken dead body through every highway and through every single building all across this country and the world, right alongside my brothers and my best friends -
the sweetest sight I ever saw was Seth Rollins stomping Brock Lesnar’s big dumb lunchbox head into the mat, pinning, swinging that Universal title over his head, and taking back for the boys.
One of the other sweetest things I’ve ever seen just recently was when we saw Roman Reigns kick the shit out of cancer and come back on Monday Night Raw!
First he brought out Roman Reigns, which the fans in Brooklyn reportedly weren’t thrilled about. Then Dean Ambrose, who’d been written off earlier in the night before what was billed as his last match in WWE, joined them for a Shield reunion - and to say his goodbye to the WWE Universe.

#BillyJackHaynes On #JohnOliverWrestling and Wrestlers As Independent Contractors
THE TWO MAN POWER TRIP OF WRESTLING
Wrestlers as independent contractors:
"I'm in an individual case against Vince (McMahon) right now that still hasn't been settled and there is sixty one wrestlers and wrestlers keep dying left and right (you guys). So, the whole idea is the fact that this independent contractor gimmick is so full of you know what. How are we independent if Vince buys all of our tickets? Which it is thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars of airfare a week and he books us in the towns, he gives the finishes of the matches, he controls this the entire way but to say we buy our own hotel room that makes us independent? Are we supposed to sleep in the middle of the street when he books us in these towns? L.A. to New York or whatever. That is what he is going on that we are independent because of the hotel room and if you can honestly believe it that is what he's doing."
Unions in wrestling:
"Jesse Ventura came up with one after WrestleMania 3 in 1987. He wanted to form a union and most of the guys like I said before it was like “Yankee Doodle Dandy”, everybody was hurt and let's say 90% or 95% (not everybody) had torn ACL's, broken ribs, broken backs. Dynamite Kid had a broken back and was forced to wrestle in WrestleMania 3 or he was not going to get paid. He had lost forty-five pounds and he has just passed away, was my mentor and he actually helped train me in Calgary, Alberta."
The timing of the #JohnOliver piece one week before #WrestleMania and mentioning high profile wrestling deaths:
"Once again, this is a great forum that you guys have going on here with me today because of the King Kong Bundy death that I was going to allude to. (Bundy) had a table next to me a month ago and if you want to talk about it, I had to break away because I just talked to #ChrisPallies was his name) #KingKongBundy, I had got him on this lawsuit and we had just talked."
"I broke down crying so bad because it hurt so bad because his table was next to me and it was so emotional for me to see his pictures there that were signed and him not being there. It hurt bad. You see all of these guys that have died and honestly if you do not perform back in our era they would fire you. Someone would come and replace you. So you are making $10,000 a week but you have no job security. So the fans need to realize that, we loved each other no matter what. We had each other's back. This forum (HBO) is helping bring it out. I am one step away from another nervous breakdown but I am not looking for no pitty, never have and never will I just love my brothers and sisters in this business and to see them die left and right from the years of abuse that #VinceMcMahon put on us."

The guys disagree on this one. It's WrestleMania XXV from Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. It's not the best Mania ever, but it was sure something to talk about, featuring one of the greatest matches of all time. The 24th anniversary (it was NOT the 25th anniversary!!!) of WrestleMania was a polarizing show, and the guys talk about what was, what wasn't, and what could have been.
