Paige here! Well I mean coming down to the ring. She talks about Backlash to a mixed reaction. A quick Daniel Bryan and the crowd gets back at it. Paige is not my favorite on the mic…or in the ring…or on TV, but I mean im glad she’s getting to do something. She says there is a Money in the Bank qualifier…right now!
Jeff Hardy vs. The Miz
Hardy gets a good start in this match, showing his strength over Miz, which continues through a good part of the beginning of the match. We go to commercial with Miz backing away from Hardy, who is on the top rope looking for a Swanton Bomb. Baaack from commercial and Jeff is still running the show. Lots of rest holds and such keeps a slower pace. After his feud with Seth, it seems a little odd for Miz to be so…tame. Miz eventually gets in control but Jeff reverses and is only stopped after being dropped on the barricade on his “Brother Neros”. Jeff magically is okay and flies outta nowhere to attack Miz. Back in the ring, Jeff gets the crowd pumped with low drop kicks and yelling! He goes for a Twist of Fate but Miz blocks and tries for a twisted backslide which somehow turns into a Twist of Fate with the help of magic. Jeff goes to the top rope but Miz rolls away. Jeff chases after and gets some nasty shots in on the ring apron. Commercial time! Back from the second mandatory commercial for the first match and both men are winded but punching. Nice little back and forth to get things going. Jeff ends up hitting a Whisper in the Wind and is apparently bleeding from the mouth. He gets the two count but Miz kicks. Jeff goes for another Twist of Fate but Miz rolls away. Jeff gets him back inside and gets knocked off the top rope by Miz. Miz sets up for a superplex but Jeff resists and hits a Sunset Flip Powerbomb. We get a good, fast exchange between the two. This is a stark contrast from the start of the match. Jeff hits a third Twist of Fate and goes up for a Swanton Bomb! Boom! Hits it! 1! 2! Woah! Miz reverses and rolls Jeff up for the win!
Winner by rolling you opponent up after they hit their finisher: The Miz
Backstage, Sheamus is eating Lucky Charms, looking all sad, thinking about losing to Xavier Woods. Cesaro says he tried to help but said he could have done better. Tension! Cesaro will face Woods tonight to prove that he can do it. Cesaro looks down and his gear bag is full of pancakes!! Sheamus laughs then realizes his is full too! The flip stuff and say they hate pancakes. Not true.

Charlotte Flair vs. Peyton Royce:
Charlotte comes out early, over powering Peyton, slamming her to the mat. Multiple times. Peyton hits a big elbow but Charlotte brushes it off and tosses Peyton around. Shes not messing around people! Commercial time. Back and Charlotte is out on ring side. Peyton brings her back in the ring and puts her in a rest hold on the mat. Peyton has her moments of offense, laying into Charlotte. Charlotte finally starts to come back, the crowd seems more into the match that from the start, rallying behind Charlottes comeback. Charlotte misses a big boot and the two go back and forth ending with a beautiful belly to back suplex. Peyton rolls out and Charlotte jumps over the ropes on to her but hits Billie Kay. Peyton throws Charlotte back in the ring, distracts the ref, and almost gets a three count! Charlotte buys a few moments after giving Peyton big boot. After moooore back and forth annnd a blocked moonsault, Peyton is trying to rally and win this thing. Charlotte over powers her again and ends up winning with a Figure 8.

Xavier Woods vs. Cesaro:
The crowd starts chanting we want pancakes and the two lock up. Cesaro flattens Woods but Woods is up quick and uses his speed to gain the advantage. We go to commercial as Cesaro launches Xavier over his head. Not much has changed when we get back from the break. Cesaro has Woods in an abdominal stretch but he escapes and begins to take over! He hits some sort of reverse sunset flip thing and builds momentum! Sheamus tries to interfere but pancakes come flying and Kofi attacks. Woods goes to jump off the top rope but catches a Very European Uppercut!
Winner by move that makes me jump out of my seat: Cesaro
Renee Young is backstage with AJ. Uncle Alan is fired up about Shinsuke Nakamura.
Weird backstage segment with The Bludgeon Brothers.
Becky Lynch vs. Mandy Rose:
No Sonya Deville for this one. Mandy has her own music and awkward entrance. The two lock up and Becky almost instantly is in control. Mandy lands a big right hand and takes Becky to the corner, hitting a drop kick. Mandy looks confident on her own. Becky and Mandy exchange stiff blows and Becky attempts the DisArmHer but Mandy gets to the rope. She gets a Becksploder. Mandy gets up and gets a quick roll up for the win….wait what?
Winner by actual magic: Mandy Rose
Daniel Bryan vs. Rusev:
Daniel uses his skill to get control early but Rusev gets control with his power. They run the rope and Daniel uses his speed again to take it to the Bulgarian Brute. Rusev uses his power once more to stop Bryan in his tracks. This match has only been on a minute or two but its been great back and forth between the two men. We go to the commercial break time.
