It's been a long time coming suckers as theTwo-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has publicly stated that he has considered pushing backstage to be the manager of the Street Profits. Booker, 54, is no stranger to tag team wrestling, getting his big break as part of Harlem Heat, before transitioning to a singles career which saw the Texan win six World titles. Speaking on his radio show, Booker said he wanted to manage the pair of Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford, saying "I’m thinking about putting my name in to manage the Street Profits. Bring these guys to the next level, you know what I mean? Just put a little bit more street on it, that’s all. Just put more street on them. It’d be no playing, no jiving. Just business. And that’s the thing, you know. I love to entertain." Though they have yet to compete on RAW, the former NXT Tag Team Champions have appeared regularly on the red brand in backstage segments. And as someone who strongly believes but one of the main focal points missing in wrestling today is the plethora of managers. Managers aren't only responsible for managing their Superstar or team, They are also the master distractors in terms of allowing the wrestlers to make everything work better under the illusion or guise of the sport. Although I'm not a fan of the street profits, I believe that Booker T having the rich tag team history and experience under his belt could really mould the pair of Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford into a well-oiled machine. What are your thoughts wrestling fans do you believe Booker T could thrive in the managerial role? And do you believe wrestling should bring back managers on a grand scale #WWE #WWERAW #BOOKERTMANAGER #THESTREETPROPHETS #WWESMACKDOWN #NXTTAGCHAMPIONS #WWEMANAGERS #BOOKERT #WRESTLINGNEWS Source: The Hall of Fame with Booker T & Brad GilmoreTags: #wwe #booker t #streetprofits
