NXT Takeover In Your House Predictions 2020
6) Shotzi Blackheart, Tegan Nox, and Mia Yim vs Raquel Gonzalez, Dakota Kai, and Candice LeRae — 6 Woman Tag Team Match (CONFIRMED) WWE has officially confirmed a 6-woman tag team match for this event. It will be Shotzi Blackheart, Tegan Nox and Mia Yim vs Raquel Gonzalez, Dakota Kai and Candice LeRae. I am happy to see these ladies get a chance to shine. I don’t think this match will steal the show but it should be solid. Winner Prediction: I will go with the heels, Raquel Gonzalez, Dakota Kai, and Candice LeRae. Shotzi will likely be taking the pinfall loss here.
5) Keith Lee vs Johnny Gargano — NXT North American Championship (CONFIRMED) WWE has officially confirmed that Keith Lee and Johnny Gargano will be facing off at this event. This will be for the NXT North American Championship. This will likely be a banger of a match. Both guys are two of the best in NXT and I think that they could tear down the house. I am definitely looking forward to watching it. Winner Prediction: I will go with Keith Lee winning to retain his Title. After the match, I could see Gargano cheap-shotting Lee to keep their feud going. It would also generate some momentum for Gargano after his loss
4) Karrion Kross vs Tommaso Ciampa — Singles Match (CONFIRMED) WWE has officially confirmed that Karrion Kross will be facing off against Tommaso Ciampa at NXT Takeover: In Your House This will be Kross’ first big match in NXT. Ciampa is one of the top guys in NXT history and this will be one heck of a way for Kross to prove that he belongs. I am sure that this will be really good. Winner Prediction: Karrion Kross will likely win. There are rumors that WWE is really behind Kross and I doubt that he will lose his first Takeover match.
3) Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley vs Io Shirai — NXT Women’s Championship (CONFIRMED) WWE has officially confirmed a triple threat match for the NXT Women’s Championship. It will be Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley vs Io Shirai. This should be a really good triple threat match. All three ladies are talented and I am sure that they will try to tear down the house. I could definitely see this being one of the best matches of the night. Winner Prediction: I will go with Charlotte Flair winning to retain her Title. I don’t see her dropping the belt until it is a singles match.
2) Finn Balor vs Damian Priest — Singles Match (CONFIRMED) WWE has officially confirmed that Finn Balor and Damian Priest will be facing off at Takeover: In Your House. This should be a solid match for the card. Winner Prediction: I will go with Finn Balor winning. I just don’t think that Priest is ready to take the next step yet.
1) Adam Cole vs Velveteen Dream — Backlot Brawl for the NXT Championship (CONFIRMED) WWE has officially confirmed Adam Cole vs Velveteen Dream for Takeover: In Your House. This will be a backlot brawl for the NXT Championship. The stipulation is that if Dream loses, he never gets another shot at the NXT Championship (while Cole is the Champion). I am down for this different style of a match for Cole and Dream. We have seen them face off in normal matches several times already, so this will be something different. I don’t really know what to expect but I am sure that it will be really good. Winner Prediction: I will go with Adam Cole winning to retain his Title. After this, he will finally move on from his feud with Velveteen Dream. I just don’t see Dream winning the belt.
