Noah celebrated their 18th birthday today at Korakuen Hall in front of a sell out crowd.
"Departure" is the name of Noah's first ever show, it was held in 2000 at Noah's old home of Differ Ariake. The crowds were so immense to see this new promotion started by Mitsuharu Misawa after the shock exodus from All Japan, that monitors were erected in the parking lot. Today's show also saw two new things: the debut of a trainee, and the possible introduction of a Global League for the Noah juniors following a request by the winners of Global Junior Tag League today. No titles changed hands, but titles have been challenged for.
